These Terms govern all website visitors, clients, and users engaging with PhasingXR services.

Use of Website

  • By using our website:

  • You agree NOT to misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer any content.

  • You will not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.

  • You will not upload malicious code or harmful content.

  • All content (text, graphics, media) on this website is property of PhasingXR and protected by copyright law.

Project Engagement & Agreements

  • Before starting any client project, PhasingXR will provide:

  • A formal proposal

  • Project scope

  • Deliverables list

  • Timelines & Milestones

  • Commercial agreement

  • Work begins only after written approval and initial payment (if applicable).

NDA & Confidentiality

  • PhasingXR maintains strict confidentiality for all clients.

  • We guarantee that:

  • All client data, documents, models, and assets remain confidential.

  • We sign NDA agreements upon request (or proactively for enterprise clients).

  • No client information is shared with third parties without written consent.

  • Client data is never used for training AI models or internal research unless permitted.

  • Both parties (client and PhasingXR) must maintain confidentiality of shared information.

Client-Owned IP

  • All content, materials, branding, training data, documents, or assets provided by the client remain client property.

PhasingXR-Owned IP

  • Any proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries, or templates created by PhasingXR remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.

Project Deliverable IP

  • Upon full payment, the client receives a license or ownership (depending on agreement) of the final deliverables.

Service Expectations & Limitations

  • PhasingXR ensures high-quality deliverables; however:

  • XR performance depends on client hardware, device limitations, and network conditions.

  • AI accuracy depends on data quality and scope.

  • Digital twin performance depends on available data and sensors.

  • We do NOT guarantee results outside the defined project scope or beyond realistic technological limitations.

Third-Party Tools & Integrations

  • Some services may use third-party platforms or APIs.
    PhasingXR is not responsible for:

  • Outages or issues caused by third-party services

  • Policy or pricing changes by third-party providers

  • Long-term availability of external tools

  • We will inform clients if any third-party service is required for their project.

Data Security

  • PhasingXR uses industry-standard security practices including:

  • Encrypted communication (SSL/TLS)

  • Secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)

  • Controlled access and authentication

  • Regular internal audits

  • However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all cyber threats.

Content Usage & Restrictions

Cancellation & Termination

    Upon termination:

  • Work completed up to the termination date must be paid.

  • No further obligations remain unless agreed in writing.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Indian laws unless specified otherwise in the project contract.

Changes to Terms

  • PhasingXR may update these Terms anytime.
    Changes take effect upon posting on this page
